With extensive support provided by our head office based in Luton, our and our franchisees are located across England, Scotland and Wales offer a range of home care and healthcare staffing services. Hope care 24/7 provides tailor-made domiciliary and personal care services that deliver the highest quality of health and social care. We have a rigorous recruitment and selection programme, and we focus on comprehensive staff training and on-going assessment to ensure quality care standards are continuously met across the organisation.

Our staff members are trained to provide specialised health and social care to those with age-related challenges, mental health needs, learning disabilities, drug and alcohol dependency, physical disability, brain injury, challenging behaviour and services for children. HOPE CARE 24/7 is a well-established private health and social care organisation that has been helping to improve the quality of life for people with care needs since 1993.

Our objective is to provide the highest quality, reliable service. We believe in the importance of clients receiving care from regular carers, not a string of different people arriving at other times. We also operate a 24-hour on-call service for our clients and staff to provide support to both. Whether you are funded by your local authority, paying privately or receive direct payments, we can assist you in tailoring a bespoke care package to meet your needs.

The mission of Hope care 24/7 is to significantly improve the quality of life for people with health and social care needs in all environments.To ensure our services are of the highest quality, they are ‘Person-Centred and Outcome-Based’ to effectively meet the needs of our service users.We will arrange individually designed nursing and social care programmes for each service user or organisation. Services will be delivered by directly employed nursing and care staff that are trained, supervised and are fully conversant with current medical and social care practice.We are committed to total quality concepts and continual improvement throughout the organisation.We will implement a programme of staff training and development. We will regularly review the quality of our services and systems.

Hope care 24/7 provides a range of home care (domiciliary care) services and 24-hour live-in care services to both private individuals and organisations. We take great care in ensuring our staff deliver care to the very highest standards. All our staff, regardless of the position of the title, undertake the following.

 

  •        A minimum of 2 references

  •        Thoroughly checked by the Disclosure Barring Service (formally CRB)

  •        Interviewed by a senior manager

  •        Undergo basic English assessments

  •        Have attained or working towards a QCF Diploma (formally NVQ)

  •        Trained to a high standard

  •        We have continually invested in – to develop their skills frequently.

  •        Treat people with dignity and respect.

  •        Honest and Open

  •        Undergo Common Induction Standards (CIS) training

       

Mandatory Courses

 

Courses run throughout the year and include all mandatory home care training courses as recommended by Skills for Care for meeting Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements. These include:

 

  •      Health and safety awareness

  •      Moving and Handling / Moving and positioning

  •      Fire safety

  •      Emergency first aid awareness & CPR

  •      Infection control

  •      Food hygiene

  •      Challenging behaviour in people with Dementia

  •      Medication administration

  •      Safeguarding

  •      Equality and Diversity

  •      Dignity and equality

  •      Mental capacity and deprivation of liberty safeguards

We also offer more specialised training, and we are able to source training for a service user’s needs.We pride ourselves on our professional care that you can depend on. Our staff are all fully checked and vetted, and only 1 in every ten applicants are successful. Our criteria and recruitment process are very stringent, enabling us to provide care staff that are reliable, honest and trustworthy. Our carers all stay for the fully allotted time unless asked to leave by the client.
